Tamasine was a huge help to us with our first puppy, Hector (Staffy x). He was a very boisterous boy who struggled to calm down. We were really struggling but Tamasine helped us endlessly. She is full of knowledge and provided us with a lot of information before, during and after her visits – sometimes it was overwhelming but as we began to put it into action, we began to understand how to apply it to help Hector. Tamasine was happy to answer any questions we have and is always contactable by whatsapp or email with the questions we had. We’ve still got some way to go until Hector’s the dog we hope he will be but feel we have the tools and understanding to get him to being the calm, happy dog he can be!
