5 Star Bark review
Tamasine has helped so much with my 2 year old Labrador, Reggie. He was becoming more reactive and nervous with each walk, which meant I wasn’t enjoying them. I decided to look for someone who could help me with his behaviour, so I contacted Tamasine and from that first email I knew that she was the person to help.
The ‘foundations’ are taught over video call and I found this a very easy and calm way to get taught these; it meant that things could be taken at whatever pace was necessary and it was the least stressful was for us to learn.
After each session I was sent detailed notes with example videos to back everything up. These were great to go back to in between each session and if I needed extra support I always knew that Tamasine was just a WhatsApp away.
I had a few in-person sessions, where Tamasine brought her dogs and it was fantastic to see Reggie being with others and not being nervous about it. This really was an invaluable experience and it embedded the knowledge that I had already learned.
Since the start of the training it really is like having a different dog. People who knew Reggie before have even commented on how well behaved he is now, and he is only getting more confident as time goes on. The walks we go on are also more relaxed now and I actually look forward to taking him out for a walk now, as I’m not always on edge and worrying about what’s going to happen.
